I messaged Nick a couple of months ago for my daughter's laptop. It's a couple of years old, and it was starting to run REALLY slow and glitchy. Nick responded quickly, and we set up a time mutually beneficial to each of us, and when the time came, he got right to work. Online. IT TOOK HIM SEVERAL HOURS and a lot of moving things, deleting things and optimizing EVERYTHING, but he got the laptop back to a brand new condition, but better! And, even though he had spent SO MANY HOURS working on it, his quoted price never changed! Not once! So, when I got myself a new computer for Christmas, one of the first things I did was connect with Nick again, because his rates are much better than Geek Squad, and he's much more diligent than they are! Again, Nick came to my rescue and repaired a faulty driver in the unit, then optimized the new system for me! And, again, still remained true to his quoted price!
This is an honestly GREAT technician who goes the extra mile and always checks back with you to make sure everything is running smoothly! I honestly cannot say enough good things about how I feel about the quality of his work and the ethics he brings to the job at hand. Nick is a very patient and understanding person who gave me a lot of personal one-on-one attention even though I don't even know a whole lot about computers he took his time to educate me and give me what I needed I highly suggest using him for all your computer needs I will definitely be doing business with him in the future

I just purchased a laptop from Nick and I'm very satisfied. I was willing to travel across town late at night to pick it up. I had purchased a laptop and desktop from Nick about 10 years ago fir my wife. The desktop still holding on strong, but the laptop needed to be upgraded.
