Awesome value on a customized windows machine. Still works even though I leave it on 24/7.
Nick is easy to work with and even provided a video adapter I needed as a gift.

This is possibly the most professional purchasing experience I have ever had. I bought a laptop computer from Nick in which he spent a half an hour going over the machine, with all the additions he made to the computer, at no additional cost! Then the next morning he sent me a text expressing his gratitude for my purchase and asked me about any questions or concerns I might have had in setting up the laptop at my house. Wow, who does that.
Great guy, very personable and knowledgeable. Good luck Nick.

I reached out to Nick on a Saturday evening not expecting to get help with my laptop until the following day or Monday.
But to my surprise, Nick came out to my home and fixed my 8 year old laptop that I had been having issues with it being slow, and was in & out under 2 hours.
The fact that he came on a Saturday evening was just awesome. Great customer service, and he explains what he is doing/fixing, which is appreciated if you aren't IT/tech savvy.
His pricing was also very reasonable. I would recommend Nick in a heartbeat and will absolutely call him again in the future if I ever have another computer issue. Great service from start to finish!

I was looking for a computer that actually trade the market therefore I needed something very fast and mine was outdated. I seen the best price I could get would be in 1000s. I got a hold of Nick and he asked me what I needed and I told him he said I'm gonna build one for you and I should have it delivered for you today at a fraction of the price that you would pay anywhere else and you sure did. He came over to my house and I actually loaded everything up for me and I was off to the races. He was very patient understanding, flexible, honest, and sincere, and I would have to say he is in my book. The best of the best you want the best of the best and save money and have a great value. I'd give him a call.

Nick was great to work with. When the laptop that I asked to see wasn't quite right for me he asked me a bunch of questions about exactly how I would use the computer and then suggested a better solution for my needs. Excellent customer service and he really knows his industry.

I messaged Nick a couple of months ago for my daughter's laptop. It's a couple of years old, and it was starting to run REALLY slow and glitchy. Nick responded quickly, and we set up a time mutually beneficial to each of us, and when the time came, he got right to work. Online. IT TOOK HIM SEVERAL HOURS and a lot of moving things, deleting things and optimizing EVERYTHING, but he got the laptop back to a brand new condition, but better! And, even though he had spent SO MANY HOURS working on it, his quoted price never changed! Not once! So, when I got myself a new computer for Christmas, one of the first things I did was connect with Nick again, because his rates are much better than Geek Squad, and he's much more diligent than they are! Again, Nick came to my rescue and repaired a faulty driver in the unit, then optimized the new system for me! And, again, still remained true to his quoted price!
This is an honestly GREAT technician who goes the extra mile and always checks back with you to make sure everything is running smoothly! I honestly cannot say enough good things about how I feel about the quality of his work and the ethics he brings to the job at hand. I recommend NITSS and Nick more than I would recommend anything or anyone else. He will ALWAYS have my business!

I just purchased a laptop from Nick and I'm very satisfied. I was willing to travel across town late at night to pick it up. I had purchased a laptop and desktop from Nick about 10 years ago fir my wife. The desktop still holding on strong, but the laptop needed to be upgraded. I recommend Nick to anyone looking for quality and budget friendly tech equipment.

Nick is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain things for basic understanding. His communication is very swift and responsive. I picked up a laptop from him and he provided convenience in a safe public area. I would definitely purchase from him again and referred people to him for the IT needs and electronics.
